The story revolves around Jerry Maguire a sports agent who writes a memo that says to spend more time with the clients and care about them. He promptly get fired and only manages to keep the business of one athlete, Rod Tidwell (Cuba Gooding, Jnr) Rod is a footballer who is near the end of his career and needs one more good contract to make his retirement comfortable.

Jerry slowly begins a relationship with Dorothy a single mum that believes in him, she also has a son that is one of the best little actors I have seen on film. Jerry Maguire is wonderful movie, full of heart and is well worth the money. See how many real athletes you can spot in the movie.

I'm amazed they could get a movie running 133 minutes looking this good on a single layer. The transfer is sharp throughout and looks stupendous. There was some slight MPEG artifacts present which marred the transfer slightly.

Jerry Maguire is framed at 1:85:1 and is 16:9 enhanced.
